17 Simple Exercises You Can Do Anywhere

Exercising doesn’t have to be painful or difficult. In fact, once you get the hang of it, exercise can be enjoyable and very beneficial as part of a weight loss regimen. Here I’ll share with you some simple ways to strengthen your muscles and lose some weight.

1.Crunch

Nothing beats starting out with crunches to improve the strength of your abs. Make sure to keep your back on the floor while doing crunches. Use an exercise ball or something similar to support your legs while doing crunches.
